I am a versatile product designer who moves fluidly between research, interface design, and visual storytelling. My specialty is turning dense, overlooked information into experiences people can actually navigate. I thrive in collaborative environments that call for both rigorous research and hands-on craft.

CHASE BANK
Field Research, Contextual Inquiry,
User Interviews, Information Architecture
Wireframing & Prototyping,
Usability Testing, Accessibility Testing
I redesigned Chase's mobile app around a gap in financial literacy support.
Chase's financial literacy resources existed only on their website, not in the app people actually check every day. Through field observation and user interviews, I identified four concept areas: Visibility, Transparency, Personalization, and Active Learning, and designed solutions for each, including elevating the in-app digital assistant and reframing the credit score page in plain language.
NY PHILHARMONIC’S DIGITAL ARCHIVES
Moderated Remote, Usability Testing
Think-Aloud Method, Participant Screening
User Research, Affinity Mapping
Findings Analysis, Design Recommendations
I led usability research for the New York Philharmonic's Digital Archives and delivered five recommendations to improve it before launch.
Working with a team of three UX consultants, I conducted moderated remote usability testing with nine participants using a think-aloud method to evaluate a redesigned digital archive spanning nearly two centuries of orchestral history. Our findings shaped recommendations across homepage information hierarchy, search filtering, navigation structure, metadata labeling, and button clarity, aimed at making the archive as intuitive for a first-time visitor as it is for a seasoned researcher.
WIKIPEDIA
Accessibility Audit, WCAG 2.1/2.2 Compliance
Persona Development, Cognitive Walkthrough, Android Accessibility Testing, Severity Assessment, Recommendations
I audited Wikipedia's Android app for critical accessibility gaps.
As part of a five-person team, I used WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA criteria and persona-driven cognitive walkthroughs to evaluate the onboarding and editing experience for users with visual, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Our audit surfaced critical issues, including a missing screen-reader confirmation before content deletion and inline links that weren't individually accessible via TalkBack, and delivered severity-tiered recommendations to make the editing experience usable for everyone
I'm also a photographer and director working across editorial, sports, and music, and the founder and director of Raíces Magazine, a sports publication giving editorial visibility to Dominican Republic-based athletes competing at world-class levels with almost no mainstream coverage.
